Declaration of Participation in a Paintball Event

I, .................................., hereby declare that I am aware of the risks associated with participating in a paintball event and commit to abide by all safety rules and instructions provided by the organizer.

I understand that paintball is a dynamic sport that may involve potential hazards such as falls, impacts, or other bodily injuries. I undertake to exercise caution and avoid risky behaviors during the game.

I agree to use and wear appropriate protective equipment, such as a mask, protective suit, as well as gloves and leg pads, in accordance with the organizer's recommendations.

I declare that I am not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other psychoactive substances that may impair my ability to safely participate in the paintball event.

I hereby release the organizer, its staff, property owners, and fellow participants from any liability for any accidents, injuries, or property damage that may occur as a result of my participation in the paintball event.

I confirm that I am either of legal age or have obtained the consent of my parents/legal guardians to participate in this event if I am a minor.

I acknowledge that I have read and fully accept the rules and regulations of the paintball event.
